Privacy Policy of Access Canada
Access respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data in compliance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

- Assess your eligibility for Canadian immigration programs: Express Entry, PNP, Work Permit, Study Permit, Visitor Visa, etc.

- Schedule appointments with VFS Global or biometrics centers

3. How We Share Your Information
We only disclose your personal information to:
- IRCC, CBSA, and other Canadian government departments for application processing
- VFS Global and authorized service providers for biometric and document submission
- Third-party service providers: couriers, translators, and legal professionals under confidentiality agreements
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
4. Data Storage and Retention
Your information is stored securely on servers located in Canada. We retain client files for 7 years after your case is closed to meet legal and compliance requirements. After that period, data is securely deleted.
5. Your Rights
Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications
- Request deletion of your data, subject to legal obligations
